      It was a great place to learn the basics of technical support. Good stepping stone to Help Desk or entry level IT role at a better company. Co workers can be fun to work with.

      Cons

      Feel like a number. Poor Management. Mistreatment of employees. Poor pay rate. Even worse health benefits.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
