Overall, this is a good company to work for. High level corporate intentions are good. However, you have to get into a good department with good management.
Cons
I don't want to speak for the entire organization, so this applies to some departments: no work-life balance figured out, which results in long hours. no 360 reviews no path for advancement management hoards information
