      Flexibility (Work From Home & 5x8 work), Good Take home salary (If you get good CTC offer) ,Less Pressure

      Cons

      No Visible growth, No Proper Hikes, No Onsite Opportunities, Less work and most of the India Mgmt & technical ppl are under US ppl Domination.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
