      Pros

      Xerox was amazing place to work at and I am thankful for every experience I had there. Truly great people to work with. Great technology and at one point there was true opportunity for career grow.

      Cons

      Today - Its a shadow of its past, Lots of downsizing, resources are treated as liabilities instead of assets and every effort is made to outsource - off shore and divest where possible.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
