Pros
They had excellent employee discounts with partners. They are partners with most car companies so you can get a great discount on a car.
Cons
They do not give out raises. Like not ever. They will cut benefits and people as much as possible without every replacing any of them. Basically they are trying to get the most bang for their buck at the expense of the employees and their well beings. There is zero chance your boss will let you take one of the other opportunities at the company.
