Pros

Good Infrastructure Gym offered with minimal membership fees Multiple trainings offered to enhance your skills EV charging points provided as a complimentary.

Cons

Don't take care of employees working life balance while signing a new project. Micro management can happen whenever company requires silent layoff. Doesn't have control on management. Treatment to employees like robots. Please ask project policies clearly before joining. Worst transport rules like in some areas they are serviceable greater than 30km as well but they are not providing trasport within 10km as well in some areas. One side transport service is useless because company located in very heavy traffic area. 2hrs required by public transport to travel 15km journey.

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
