Not the best culture or compensation - Consulting Wavestone Employee Review

Hello and thank you for your review. We regularly benchmark against our peers to align our compensation packages with market standards, the results are shared transparently with our consultants. As part of a global company with a foundation in Paris, there is a French culture present within our organization’s ways of working. In addition, we have grown rapidly through acquisition of US companies, so our leadership team hails from a variety of backgrounds. As part of our Positive Way set of values, we strive to continuously evaluate our managerial practices through the lens of equity and a goal of transparency and collaboration in decision-making for all our colleagues. At Wavestone, the opportunity to be involved in developing people and the company outside of being on client engagements internal initiatives are an important part of our culture, which is widely regarded as one of the best parts of working with us.
