Demeaning experience - Analyst Wavestone Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you did not have a good experience. I would just like to take the opportunity to respond to your comments. At Wavestone, all of our new analysts are assigned a Career Development Manager and a buddy so that they have a support system in place to make them feel welcome from their first day. Additionally, many induction meetings are arranged for your first few weeks, giving you the opportunity to meet various members of the team and learn more about the business. We also arrange a welcome lunch for all new joiners in their first few days so that they can get to know their fellow employees. We pride ourselves on our sense of community and friendship here at Wavestone and this is demonstrated by our monthly team meetings, various office committees, social events throughout the year, annual charity day and company Ski trip among other things.
