      Pros

      Operates as govt organization. 9-5 JOB. There will be no downsizing come what may. I have seen people of 65 age working here in India who come office at 9 and leave at 4. If happy with salary then this the best place to be.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Lots of unqualified/non-deserving ppl sitting at managerial positions.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
