      Pros

      Decent company to work for, can get busy at times but you'll be provided everything you need to get the job done. Good pay and shift patterns. EAP, pension, EEAP, VHI for permanent staff

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism, clicks and favoritism. Somewhat expected when every other person has been working in the place for 15+ years

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
