Pros

None. There is nothing .you need to experience for yourself but I would advise against it.

Cons

-Long shift hours (24/7) -terrible treatment if you are foreigner -hard physical work definitely not like you would imagine pharma. -poor training -poor educated management resulting in haos on manufacturing floor and overall -high staff rotation on all levels -low base pay -unrealistic targets -unsafe equipment -no food on weekends or night shift -toilets connected to the locker room with connecting doors open all time by company policy, so uncomfortable to visit the toilet to say at least. -dirty fridge no cups forks and spoons only one vending machine offten empty -strongmicromanagment -way to many to list here

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
