      Pros

      Benefits are great. Pay can be good depending on which department you work in.

      Cons

      High turnover rate. Management does not care about career development for employees unless you are a senior leader. With the closure of so many sites and loss of jobs, it has become a very dark place to work. Company prioritizes profit over products and employee welfare.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      Cons

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
