Pros

There are some genuinely great individuals in this department, full of talent and intellect, and I enjoyed working with them immensely. I look forwards to watching their careers evolve over time. There are a few truly innovative opportunities and they would provide a great career launchpad if they were in literally any other company.

Cons

Please just don't work for GDD. It will take some time for me to heal from this trauma.

Pros

Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

Cons

There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
