Doesn't value employees. Terminates long term employees to cut costs because money is the only thing that matters. Runs bare bones and works existing employees to the bone to save costs. Then cuts them to.
Viatris Response
5y
Viatris is reorganizing for its long-term success and sustainability, and with this comes the difficult decision to part with colleagues who have dedicated a great deal to the organization we are today. We are extremely grateful for all employees (past and present) and their dedication over the years. Sincerely wishing you the best moving forward. – Head of Global Talent and Organization Development

Cons
There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

Compensation & benefits
Cons
Generally more than a 40 hour week.
Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning.
Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
