      It’s great that you are continuing to learn! In regard to COVID, we do have frontline workers who need to remain on site to ensure we can manufacture medicines. When possible, we do have employees working remotely. We appreciate all of our employees’ efforts during this time while we work to keep everyone safe

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      Cons

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
