      - Slightly flexible work schedule. - All staff on site are very friendly. - Good experience if you are starting out.

      Cons

      - Low salaries compared to other pharmaceutical companies - No reward or gifts at Christmas of any kind. - Too many inexperienced managers who don’t support you. - Consistently disorganised and overtime to be expected.

      Pros

      Great people and the having this kind of experience on your resume is a plus. You often get opportuinites to make impressions on higher management from other teams/divisions.

      Cons

      There aren't too many that stick out which would lead me not to recommend this role.

      •it pays, but not a serious company. •no new data in 5-10 years, Viatris is a Pfizer pet project went wrong.

      •New England respiratory was an unmitigated disaster. •Very little competent management , the company doesn’t seem interested in succeeding.
