Cons
Health Insurance really kind of sucks everywhere these days. The Health Insurance at Valorem Reply is good, but like most plans, not great.
That's really all I can think of that would be a 'Con'.

Thank you for the review, we continuously monitor and challenge our health carriers to continue to provide the best options available. As we expand across the US, we will have increasing abilities to do more creative things with our health plans.
I really enjoyed working here. I was given lots of opportunity to drive improvement and own my business. Employees are empowered and trusted to deliver on their skill sets. Rewarding and challenging work for Microsoft and other clients. Comp was good and bonus. I liked leadership a lot.
Cons
Health insurance was a little expensive.

Pros
You'll meet some talented colleagues and get to work on a great deal of Microsoft projects.
Cons
Silent layoffs with colleagues disappearing without notice or explanation.
Hours allocated to projects rarely reflect actual workload — employees are expected to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously with low allocation per project, tight timelines, and high quality standards to meet client expectations during presentations.
Consistent pressure from leadership to be more cross-functional, take on additional responsibilities, and drive 100% renewal of existing client contracts.
Many colleagues are based in Kochi, India, requiring employees to work extended hours or adjust their schedules to bridge the communication and time zone gap.
Paid below market rate.
