NO TRAINING. I’m amazed by the mess in this plant and the training is still nonexistent. It’s a French company so there are a lot of French people, the young people are nice but the older ones, the managers are awful. Don’t even care about their team and don’t know how to manage people. They won’t help you when you need. Also, in general you can see how white people treat others, there’s a lot of black, Asian and Latino people and the racism is very noticeable.
