Don't believe the HR team for what they offered during the interview time. Always make sure you should get all those conformation via email. There will be a 1 Year service level agreement. But the HR team will not inform you anything on this. You will only know this from your offer letter. And when you this to HR they will say they have informed this to your job consultancy. But they will never inform this to job consultancy. Few of my colleagues came to know about the 1 year agreement on their joining day only. I have lost the trust to HR team.
