      The support in training and developing staff is far better than my previous employers. And the benefits of working with Vinci in terms of healthcare, discounts etc are very good.

      working on sites at Vinci projects requires a long daily hours that negatively reflects all your other activities during the day if company didn't provide with house near to working area
