8project managers in last 5years. People leaving due to amount of work pushed on them. No professional data analyst dedicated to large contract. Management misleads and made promises but do not deliver. New manager equals new rules, too many changes in short period of time. Very difficult to get promotion. HR not on employees favour. Responsibilities pushed from one to the other. Several situations when manager took someone else work or idea and presented as their own. Favouritism over qualification and experience. Each project manager brought own people and gave no chance for other employees. Culture of drinking. Using people to the last drop. Very badly paid for amount of work and expectations.
