Quality of work life can vary a great deal depending on to whom the employee directly reports, which can be said about just about any company. Recognition program is robust and highly visible for the exceptional few, which can leave majority of good, steady employees not feeling appreciated personally. There are occasional corporate level appreciation in forms of company merch and events.
