Leadership…..strategy changes every 6 months, new initiatives, new slogans
But full of lies…..CEO especially…he acts publicly endearing…loves to say “Where people matter”. Yet as soon as he says it…..lays a whole bunch of people off….especially those that have been long steady employees with strong institutional and market knowledge….but it’s a salary dump cause after every significant layoff they start a hiring spree 2 months later…..senior leadership rook all their bonuses and perks….during covid …no cuts at all…but cut back the people. Used to provide free sodas took that away but ceo still builds lounge in offices like woodlands…..it’s the typical….do as I say but not as I do…..people don’t matter…look at all the cuts changes and layoffs in USA and Canada and with Sr leaders and other managers…then work piles up on others… in last year alone…go rid of USA President, Canada President, CDO, comms leader, marketing leader, hr leader, and COO….all those SR leaders in less than one year…that can’t be good for any compan and that’s just Sr leaders……acquired companies have not been additive as promised….debt to high…..and so selling off long standing profitable beneficial albeit smaller units.
