      Univar is a growth oriented organization at the upper management level. They are driven to succeed, profitably. They do not believe in giving their services away for free.

      Upper management would rather employ a consultant, rather than utilize the wealth of seasoned talent they already have at their fingertips

      - Annual merit increases and bonuses are very disappointing every year - Lack of culture - Considering the size of the company, it is extremely frugal - Inconsistent management across teams
