Pros
- Good PTO policy (~20 days off for first year) - Good healthcare options I guess?
Cons
- RTO for 3 days a week. Not flexible about this at all. - Pay is terrible, below market rate - Merit increases aren’t even being paid out until later in the year (great sign for business) - Leadership is laughably disconnected from people who actually get work done - Private equity owned, so they’re probably going to run this business into the ground - Departments are horrible at working with each other. Conflicts of interest at every turn and zero accountability - Worst company culture I’ve ever worked in. Passive aggressive managers and unrealistic expectations pushed from the top down (again, thanks to PE). - CEO seems to actively despise his own employees
