      Pros

      Most of the teammates are really good guys. Company wont let them to behave in a bad way. Insurance is ok. 98% of the bureaucracy is handled by othe people. If you are ok, managment actually can support you.

      Cons

      Salary is low as hell. Return to office policy in peace time. Salary increace is a joke. If you are Junior you need to work as Middle for a year to become one. Same for middle to Senior.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
