      Pros

      Good colleagues, HR team quality is decent for the average local market.

      Cons

      Higher managers talked down and disrespecting people. Using PIPs to remove local talents while going easy on their favorites, maybe it's politics to achieve their job securities. HR had to adjust the narratives in favor of the managers in order to protect the company from legal actions and make the manager looks like they are competence.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
