      Some great and talented people all around, interesting challenges and supportive management if you end up in the right team. No massive layoffs.

      Cons

      Ill-designed and mismanaged projects with core teams not up to the task, low salaries, stubborn HQ editorial strategy despite it not really working out.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
