      You can work on cool projects and the team is good.

      Cons

      Low pay, management don't know what they are doing sometimes. You cant make higher management to listen,there mechanisms but they are not working

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
