      Hybrid work (depends on the team). Good work/live balance (depends on the project). Many good professionals (depends on the team).

      Cons

      Salary on the low end. It is hard to go against the higher ups. Basically - company is not your friend or family, if needed you will be just a cog in the engine.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
