      - There are a lot of talented colleagues you can learn from. - It is a good opportunity to experience how a big gaming company works in case you just started a job in the gaming industry

      Cons

      - Compensation is still not competitive, even though it's a repeating problem every year - Communication is challenging, as it is too global (meaning too multiple locations to collaborate for one project) - Unsure about top management

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
