      Pros

      The company has few big Game IP titles. It sound very good when you have the chance associate ( work relate ) with those titles.

      Cons

      The set back, it would be hard to get to work on those big name big bonus tile, if you not have any " friend connection" referral.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
