      It is a very relaxed atmosphere, no dress code, fun parties/events, people are all down to earth. Interesting work

      Cons

      can be long hours sometimes and if you do not work for one of the games directly you get no recognition.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
