      - Little to none pressure (no crunches) - Friendly atmosphere, very respectful - Some people are very experienced and you can learn a lot from them

      Cons

      - Salaries are low, and it's hard to advance - Lots of grunt work, rare original developments - Giant legacy codebase

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
