      Strong internal culture with highly qualified and creative people. Company enables the freedom of initiative and empowers the creativity. Great human relationships, respect and recognition.

      Cons

      Internal politics are overused, lot of time spent on presentations, negotiations, trying to convict rather to take decisions. Big boat hard to steer.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
