      A massive brand, tons of communication assets It is a great plus on a resume (marketing & communication)

      Cons

      A lot of political choices, people that are at Ubisoft for 20 years making the decisions and a weird "college" kind of vibe (who dates who, gossips, booze,...)

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
