      The compagnies takes really good care of you. This is a good place to begin a career.

      Cons

      The direction can be a little YOLO from time to time. If you want a really strict work environnement, this is maybe not the best place for you.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
