      You will not find the same atmosphere in a video game company than in any other company. The major plus with Ubisoft is how they are attached to the company and willing to maintain its creative independence.

      Expect lower salary in the gaming industry compared to any other industry for the exact same job

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
