      Pros

      Very fun environment to work in, you get lots of free games and they organise parties and activities. A mature company with regards to data, it is well pre-processed and stored. The projects are interesting and you are given time to work on different projects that might not lead to much. Time to explore and research.

      Cons

      In my regards, the main con that got me to leave is the lack of promotion opportunities. The company is very horizontal and for someone with ambition there is not much going up.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
