Pros

I worked for some years for Ubisoft and now looking back i cannot find any reason to go and work there.Almost all my colleagues that i started with left the company trying to find a better place for work and especially a higher sallary. The most funny thing are yearly evaluations that are every year announced in april and actually happens in may.The evaluation is very subjective and only your manager can evaluate you, your feedback about him is not required. So they can write pretty much everything there based on their personal opinions, regarding your competence or hard work.So i cannot see the sallest reason to go there!

Cons

Small sallaries in all subsidiaries, incompetent management, no corporate policy, small or not at all bonuses,no communication between departments Is a general chaos inside the company, no one knows what the others are doing, there is no communication inside the teams and is an eternal war for power even for small management positions.Producers are poping over the night from test department with 0 knowledge in production workflow, test department is a mess and is a fantastic lack of interest in alld epartments.High management is busy with their other businesses here in Romania and when they try to solve something inside the company they just thereaten people.Human resources department is one of the most incompetent i ever saw with subjective evaluations and 0 communication.Don't go there people!

Pros

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Cons

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
