      The world of Ubisoft offers a great amount of freedom and opportunity which helps you push the boundaries in a very short period. The environment is extremely friendly and creative. One of the best place to work and learn !

      Cons

      Salaries are low compared to competitors. As the average age of a person in the upper management is quite less, there may not be some wise acts overall.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
