      Pros

      I had the chance to work on a wide variety of subjects and learn a lot from this experience. I'm a very different person than the one who entered Ubisoft 4 years ago. I wouldn't trade those 4 years for anything.

      Cons

      The relationship between the editorial team and the studios could be better and save everyone some precious time and energy.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
