      -Getting extra copies of games to play -Flexible hours -Great communication with management -Freedom to plan/execute events on your campus

      Cons

      -Having to work at night sometimes (depending on what events were best to execute) -Having a limit on how many hours per campaign (only matters if you want to work a lot)

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
