      Pros

      Flexible hours, kind and helpful floor managers, agent empowerment, and easy access to many of the tools you'll need to get the job done.

      Cons

      Some tools are restricted to permanent employees so you may need to ask other users for assistance. Not all information is shared to lower employees, and some are shared by word-of-mouth until they get an official response. Along with this, if you're not up to date on the newest information it's easy to fall behind.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
