      Cantine, télétravail et 4 jeux/an

      Cons

      Management très toxique couvert par les RH, charge de travail hyper intense et manque cruel de ressources sur des projets stratégiques, manque de reconnaissance. De nombreux burn-outs et démissions. Les moins performants et les plus toxiques sont protégés. A fuir!

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
