      Co-workers are all passionate and are great to work with. chances to dabble in a few projects to get experience , a good place to get your foot in the door at AAA, and learn skills

      Cons

      low salary, little to no raises, no protection, little to no chance at promotions, understaffed for the expectations leadership sets. most people get burnt out

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
