Pros

There are no pros for this studio.

Cons

Ubisoft Pune is the place where ambition goes to retire. If you walk in with dreams of growth, skill development, or even a stable career path, don’t worry those dreams will be politely escorted out of the building within the first month. The salary is downright embarrassing. You don’t get paid you get pocket money. Half the time you’ll feel like you’re working just for experience points, except even the XP gain here is trash. Management deserves its own documentary titled “Why Leadership Training Exists.” Most leads and managers operate like they just spawned in without a tutorial. Zero clarity, zero competency, zero direction. You’ll see decisions that make you question reality and meetings that could cure your will to live. Communication flows here like traffic in peak Pune hours messy, loud, and going nowhere. Processes? They exist only in PowerPoints made by someone who clearly had no idea what they were doing. If you enjoy working in an environment where common sense is considered a rare artifact, this place is a gold mine. But for anyone who actually values their career, mental peace, or basic professionalism, Ubisoft Pune is one giant red flag waving proudly in the wind.

Pros

Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

Cons

Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
