      -Great work culture, work-life balance, flexible -Everyone was a pleasure to work with -Not always easy, but it was fun and interesting industry to work in

      -Not a lot of growth opportunities -Feedback was not consistently considered in big decision making from top management/HQ despite asking for our feedback -Pay was not fair for everyone -Couldn't get clear answers for issues or was ignored for too long

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
