      Pros

      Great leadership, great program, great team, great work life balance, loss of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Cons

      The DTR has made the workload intense. Without the backfill, agencies are doing a hell of a lot with less. If the good workers took DRP and left you with the lazy ones, you will be in trouble. Govt needs to provide better compensation.
