Excellent technical training available to both officer and enlisted personnel, as well as, new benefits from GI Bill for college degree. Deployments are normally shorter duration than other military services. Core values of integrity, service before self, and excellence in all that we do are adhered to by 99% of office/NCO corps.
Cons
Higher operations tempo often can result in much more than 40 hour "work week" and regular deployments with irregular work hours make seeking education in off-duty hours more challenging.
